I wish I could give ZERO stars! December 6th 2013 was my first visit to Sweetwater and I will never be back! When I first arrived I waited 10 minutes for our waitress to come to the table, I had to ask another waitress if she was our waitress, she was not, so after another 5 minutes our waitress finally came over to get my order. It took at least another 15 minutes for my beer to make it to the table. It took me another 10 minutes to get a menu, and 30+ minutes for the food to make it to the table. When the food finally arrived it was so disgusting. The chicken tenders and curly fries were extremely over cooked in old grease and the fries also tasted freezer burned. It took at least 15 minutes and twice asking for waters for the table. The bar tender actually brought over glasses and a pitcher of water. When she sat everything down on the table, I jokingly said "Oh! We get to pour our own water!" to which she so rudely replied "Uhhh I'm ACTUALLY going to pour them for you.. But you can continue to be as rude as you want". Even if she thought I was being rude, that is no way for staff to treat or talk to customers, especially since I have a legit reason to be upset with such poor service!

This place is great because it's family friendly but you can still come in with friends for drinks and have a great night. There's a very laid back atmosphere and on game nights it's really fun. I only wish they had events or parties. Overall, I like it a lot and come in often.

I have to say that the drink specials are the best around. Cheap drinks + good food = GOOD TIMES! You wont be disappointed!
