I have been going here for 7 years. The owner of this Salon really needs to "pay attention" to those of us who had been long time customers!!There was nothing special you could say about this salon, it was just 4 minutes from house.
I had got a decent tan and thought it was clean. this year I encountered sweat pooled in the bed from the person before me twice,I was forgotten for over 30 minutes by girls when the computers were down. I bought 11 sessions of only level 4, there is only 1 bed! The level 4 the window blind is always up when you go in. you could see people's body fluids left behind, disgusting!!! I wondered how many times I laid in a dirty bed in the other rooms that the lights are so dim you cannot see how clean the beds are. I'd go there and the only level 4 bed would be inoperable, another time half the facial bulbs were completely burnt out Girls would stand around and chat, be looking at their cell phones while customers wait for their bed.

I went to try my first hand at tanning to prepare for an upcoming vacation. The clerk at the desk spent plenty of time promoting their packages and pricey lotions yet never once bothered to mention that protective eye wear is crucial and REQUIRED BY LAW! After only one session, one of my eyes got red and irritated and after the second, it began swelling. Only after talking with a friend was I made aware of their negligence! I am absolutely appalled!
