Unsafe Booking Venue

Please be aware of this hotel especially when booking a reservation. Reservation clerk did not notify us that she was booking us on an "advance purchase" basis and charged our account in full, many months later. We were merely changing our arrival date and originally booked a regular "Best rate available" reservation, which payment would be due at check-out. Confirmation #s were inaccurate, we were unable to pull up our reservation online, no confirmation e-mail was sent to us reflecting the change. On top of this, the reservation clerk was rude, hostile and unprofessional. When questioned how payment schedules were determined, she answered "I don't know that's just the way it is". Really projected herself as an uneducated representative of this hotel. Highly dislike this site and cancelled reservation in the end. Lesson learned, always verify any payment schedules made or will be made and/or any booking package alterations.
