This center did a $7,500 deer collision repair to my 2013 Suzuki AWD Kizashi. Damage was primarily to the right front bumper and took out almost all of the heating/cooling/air conditioning etc. No damage to engine itself. The car was promised and repair finished within a bit over a month. I picked the car up on January 9, 2015 and externally it looked great. Approximately 150 miles down the road the engine quit and 2 mechanics in Bismarck ND have declared the engine a total loss and while they cannot pinpoint the specific cause of the melt down (parts or labor) they have both indicated that the blown engine is definitely a result of the heating/cooling repair work completed as part of the repair at Abra. The Abra Center at Grand Forks has disavowed any ownership in the destruction of my car and has indicated that their Lifetime Warranty on work performed at their Center is invalid. My 2013 Kizashi is still sitting at an auto repair center in Bismarck in a destroyed condition and neither Abra or my insurance company (Progressive) are willing to take responsibility for the destruction that occurred following their taking custody of it on December 6, 2014. I cannot in good faith recommend either of these businesses (Abra/Progressive)......neither will work in good faith when it comes to work performed under their watch.
