Nou sure why (sarcasm)' my reviews keep getting flagged. Anyhoo, this agent is below average in my opinion. Difficult to work with, can't hardly get straight answers out of him. Try to get proof of insurance same day. Has to be mailed to you. I went to Progress and can get proof off their website 24/7. Bottom line, save yourself aggravation by choosing someone else.

I would pass on choosing Andrew as an agent. He is nice enough but he has difficulty listening to customer needs. It's difficult to extract an answer to a question out of him. As an example, when you ask him a monthly cost on a policy, he gives you a 6 month cost. He rarely gives a straight answer. He attempts to act as a financial counselor by telling you that he wants you to come in to do a review, which you assume is about your insurance policies. He then begins asking you questions about your finances, and he has absolutely no professional qualifications, unless you consider Country Financial a credited learning institution--kind of like "bait-and-switch", ...reminiscent of how you tell someone to come over for a little get together, they walk in, and you spring an Amway meeting on them. Additionally, If you ask him to fax or e-mail proof of insurance, you won't get it. Bottom line, the difficulties in dealing with him outweigh the benefits....
