They lost my comforter. Asked me to give them two weeks to try and find it, I gave them three they could not find it they obviously do not keep good records I told them this was the last thing that my father had given me and how upsetting it was that you should be able to trust your drycleaner regardless of when you open your bag they told me to go and find a comparable down comforter which I did then the general manager Sandy called me describable stain that I found the most expensive one that Macy's had which was on true there was two more in the collection that were more expensive than the one I had gone which was still way underpriced of what I had gotten originally. The next day she wrote me a check for $140 I brought this into Macy's where the floor manager helps me felt awful for me and what c&r cleaners is doing to me and comped out the comforter and discounted it majorly and I ended up getting the comforter that was the closest but not the same as the one my father gave me which is now gone forever which Is awful to think about but I will "get it back if they find it on "I am very disappointed with the cleaners and they have lost all of my businesses along with family friends and anybody that have heard it. I would never ever recommend bringing your items to this cleaners they are all very shady and very on helpful if you try to speak to the owner you'll get the runaround from the employees. I have had to tell them that my lawyer will be in contact with them and they take that as a complete threat. But have no problem with the loss of what they lost. And are very sarcastic and unsympathetic of the things that they have Lost or destroyed. I can understand how of me saying my lawyer will be in contact with them is threatening however this would not be an issue if it was taken as it should be it was handled very in properly and I should've never been called a liar because of something they did wrong. And I would like to personally think the general manager Sandy for being so awful and dragging the cleaners name through the mud and losing so much business then you already have.

Dropped off a saddle pad which C&R promptly ruined by shredding the fabric AND running the colors together. Swear they only dry-cleaned it but it appears it was laudered. Kissed $500 good bye. Not to mention, no one returned numerous phone calls.

Expensive and on top of it all... they charged my credit twice! Extremely inconvenient, never again!

What horrible service. Can this really be the only place in town that does DRY Cleaning? I asked around and was told that C & R used to have the dry cleaning contract on base plus they are the only place in town apparently that does starching. I have dropped off uniforms to them on two occasions now. The first time asked for XXtra Heavy starch and probably took for granted that meant creases on the sleeves, right? Um, no. Apparently I speak some other language other than the one in which they us to communicate because my uniform came back, NO Starch!! I sent it back a second time. Second occasion, ground hog day; No starch AGAIN. AGAIN, sent it back. Both occasions STILL had to iron and starch myself once I got my uniforms home and out of the plastic!! So frustrating. I don't understand what is so hard about XXtra Heavy starch and creases in my pants and shirts?

Absolutely crushed that this business lost my very expensive and favorite winter coat, along with 2 other jackets. They were unapologetic and basically told me they would call me when they found the coats. It has been weeks and I keep stopping by, they've still not found the coats nor have they offered reimbursement for my items. $24.00 to clean a coat?? Ouch!

Nothing like paying $75 to iron your own wedding dress hours before your event. There was no option for help, they suggested i call the bridal shops in town to see if they could help me steam the wrinkles out of my dress. They also wanted me to bring my dress back in so they could see it, but won't call back to set up an appointment. Quite a tactic to get me to say forget it about the money i wasted!!Talk about customer service. I wish i would have asked around about this business before i let them handle an irreplacable item, eveyone scrunches their face when you mention this business.

We have a business deal with them, and they are supposed to deliver twice a day. Not only are we completely out of clean linen, but we also have not gotten any deliveries in the last two days despite calling them and being told that we would be getting deliveries.

They charged me almost double what they quoted me. They were very rude to me. Horrible customer service. They even admitted to a mis-communication on their part, and yet didn't do anything about it. Not only is their cleaning expensive, but their alterations are absurdly expensive! I will NEVER go back! I don't know how they're still in business.

The work was done very well and quite fast to. The price was reasonable and the people there were very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I have never had a uniform messed up sooo badly! Then when it was all said and done I had to go back there 5 times before my uniform was done correctly. Literally I went there 5 times. Then there was absolutely no customer service and I ended up paying full price for everything even though it took over 2 weeks to get done... from the date they told me it would be done. I would never recommend this place to anybody!

Most laundered shirts come out fine the first time. $2.30 for a shirt is more than double what I've paid in other parts of the country. French cuffs are absolutely never ironed correctly. Even with returns for correction, the same errors occur again and again. Instructions aren't followed. Cufflink openings are never aligned...ever. Improvements have not happened over time. The owner has never sought feedback on what could be improved. Had there ever been any interest shown in understanding the issues, there would be no reason for a negative review.Never an offer of a refund Basically C&R charges monopoly prices and has a monopoly attitude toward customer service.
