They will find any reason to keep half of your deposit! TAKE TONS OF PICTURES OF EVERYTHING!!!!!! Had the final walk thru with my mom in crookston and the guy said (oh my gosh, this apartment is cleaner than when you moved in, I won't have to do anything) then they keep half my deposit and come up with a list of bogus things that my mom and I cleaned like crazy people. I left that apartment so clean. And no smoking? Lies, the neighbors smoked 24/7 in their apartments and I ran smoke filters that were Filthy within 2 weeks! 3 month filters filthy in 14 days!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!

Arrogant staff. Finds ways to keep your security deposit by charging you obscene amounts of money after you move out. Make sure you do a detailed check-in list with them ,write down EVERYTHING you notice because they will find ways to take your money if you don't.
Also, if you for some odd reason decide to rent with them, make sure they don't go in to the house after you sign the check-out sheet, because they might add things on after you've signed your name. One mistake I'll never do again.
What it boils down to is, in my personal opinion (feel free to make your own) , that Elite is a dishonest renting company.

Arrogant staff indeed. Lady at the front counter didn't know a thing about any of the units. Ad says one thing, leasing agent says another, office manager says another and finally the "owner" says something completely different. Thanks for wasting my time and money.

I just recently moved out of a property managed by Elite Property Management, and I was extremely happy with the whole experience. Crista helped me find just the kind of place I was looking for. I was frustrated with my neighbors for not picking up after their dog, so I called Elite and talked to Laurie. She contacted my neighbors and by the end of the week the mess was cleaned up and we didn't have anymore problems after that. My deposit was returned quickly and I would highly recommend renting from Elite to all of my friends.

They tried to force us to stay in an apartment that was uninhabitable. When the Health Official even said it was a health hazard, the manager of this group tried to ask multiple questions to see if there was a way to make us stay. We had to evacuate the place we were living in because conditions were so bad. They also DO NOT respect people in the military, treating our men and women who serve this country like they're garbage.
