This is a terrible employment agency for general labor. Their biggest client is J.R. Simplot, which offers up the worst shift you can imagine in their plant: a 4th shift that involves 3 different shifts in the *same week*! Two days at 8a-4p, two days at 4p-12a, two days at 12a-8a. Unbelievable! In fact, it's downright inhuman. And the Kelly people get all mad if you refuse to work this. They put all their cards in Smplot, and expect you to turn your life upside down, have no personal life and don't see your friends or girlfriend, all so they can kowtow to Simplot and make money off your misery. I told them no, and then a month later I get a message, "just seeing if you changed your mind on their shift work." Nope! Not only that, they lie to you. They had a brochure for Simplot's potato harvest at their warehouse for "10 to 12 hour shifts" for 4-6 weeks. Two lies there! One, it was no more than 2 weeks. Two, it was more like 14-17 hour shifts, with no proper breaks. Oh, and it paid a measly $8.50/hr!



I've an idea for the Kelly people in their office -- they can set a shining example by manning their office on a 24-hour basis. After all, they expect you to work 3 different shifts in the same week. Well, fine, then they can work 3 different shifts in the same week! Yep, they expect you to do what they would be unwilling to do. I'll never work for this place again, and I highly recommend you don't either. They lie and treat their workers like dirt. And all so they and Simplot can get rich off your labor. Stay far away from this place.
