Customer service at this dealership is awful. The representatives that we have dealt with do not return phone calls. When we purchased our certified used vehicle we even felt that we were "bothering" the salesperson by just being there. We would not have purchased there but we were specifically looking for a Toyota and we decided that buying "certified used" from a dealership seemed like a smart decision. We should have purchased a Toyota through another dealership because so far they have not honored anything that has gone wrong with the vehicle under the certified used warranty. Also, when we were looking to purchase the vehicle, it was terribly dirty. Apparently it had just arrived at the dealership, so we agreed at the time of purchase that the dealership would detail the car and we would pick it up the following day. When we arrived the following day, they had not detailed our car so the salesperson vacuumed it for us. It was still very dirty. There was garbage under the seat and a cd belonging to the previous owner was in the cd player. The car was full of dog hair and my husband spent a lot of time and money cleaning it up himself.

Would not recommend this dealership to anybody! Drive to Fargo if you want a Toyota!
