I sat there for two hours to get my hair colored and cover my gray hair. And the customer service was awful. They told me to come in the next day and redo it. It was like the the stylist was the customer! And talk about a filthy establishment. I seen many of the workers use the first sink on all their customers and never washed it out, after each use. Hair all over the darn place. I'm never going back there, as long as I live. Now look at my pictures. Does the grey look covered? I asked for a discount and they only gave me 9.00$ off. Now I have to go back to the dirty place and get it redone. Which will damage my hair even more. Thank you, ReAnn for great customer service! (Not)!

It's horrible. I have two toned har(reverse halo) blonde on top and dark on the bottom & my blonde turned copper and the dark I told her a deep red/brown and she did purple. Also, I went back to see if she could fix it and I was there for hours and it was bleach blonde and where my hair seperated from color there were sections of my hair that were half blonde and half dark!
