Provided by YP.comI came to your new dentistry and I was treated like a second class citizen. All the lady at the counter wanted was my money right away and fill out this paperwork. She did not greet me, she did not seem very friendly or caring at all. My teeth were not cleaned, I was not given a tooth brush or any floss. I suppose there is a charge for the tooth brush and floss too. I had to pay a small fortune for the xrays because I live with someone. I had to go without to pay the bill for the xrays. I am a stay at home full time mother. Now when I go to my regular dentist who I cannot afford to go to now, they at least clean my teeth and give me a tooth brush and some floss. I cannot believe this is an income based place. I am really very disappointed in the way I was treated. Why do you have to have all separate appointments for each separate thing? It would end up costing me more to go to your income based appointments than it would to just pay full price at my regular dentist. Oh that is right I did have to pay FULL price. I really feel like I was taken advantage of because I was not told how much my bill was going to be before the appointment. They told me to bring the $30.00. I was hoping to find a new place to have my dental work done, plus my daughter will need a dentist soon too. Now I am not sure who to trust anymore. Meanwhile, I still have a cavity and a chipped tooth and no money to fix it. Thanks for making me so mad. I have been upset about this for 3 or more months now. I would like someone from your office to make this up to me.
