Beware of this jeweler!!!! I gave them a very expensive watch and asked them to take nicks out of the platinum band. They told me it would be 3 days to complete. After waiting 8 days, I call on it to let them know I would be stopping by to pick it up. It was not done! Not even looked at yet. They never called to tell me it would be longer. When I complained, the owner Steve, told me to come pick up the watch, and then hung up on me! So unprofessional and rude!!!!!! I Will never go back!!!!!!!!!
