We do like to go to Harborwear when we are in Grand Haven and have been purchasing there for years., The colors and quality of the clothing and sweatshirts is excellent. However, I do notice that the younger salespeople have consistently never been overly friendly: cordial yes,sweet and helpful once we initiate conversation, yes, but initiating a welcome or friendly greeting,, no.. The man who is in there from time to time, however is always very pleasant. I'm thinking that this may be his business and he is fully aware how important friendly, customer service is. Not that I want someone jumping out at us and following me around the store, but a simple friendly greeting and a 'let me know if you have any questions' would be great and makes any customer feel welcomed.
