I have been taking our dogs and cats to Haven for quite a few years. They take care of their check ups and handle regular updates, and I couldn't be happier about what they do for all our pets. Great service and people who truly care about the health of your extended family.

I am convinced I should have gotten a 2nd opinion. I was quoted extensive surgery around $750 for my cat. I could not afford this, so the vet took her in and removed the mass - possibly for much less than what I was quoted. The thing that bothers me the most is that I felt as though it was rubbed in my face. They did not hesitate to let me know after that her surgery "she's like a new kitty", and she has already been adopted to another family. Cruel. I wish I had gotten that 2nd opinion, I have always felt like I was given inflated prices/quotes from this provider. Judgemental provider.
