We have used Jo No Re Kennel for approx. 25 years (five dogs over that period of time) and have never had one problem or concern. Joyce is very concerned for the animals welfare and takes excellent care - even special pet needs are met without any hesitation. Our dogs have all loved going there-even pulling on the lease tugging to go in the door. If they were not being treated well they would certainly not be happy to continue to return. The kennel does not have a strong odor and space in each run is totally adequate.

Joyce took the time to talk to me on the phone and ask me pertinent questions about Brock before bringing him up there. I could tell she cares how the well-being of everyone's pets and how they interact with each other. She's great at keeping the environment stress free for the dogs. She's very knowledgeable about different breeds and loves to spend time with each dog on an individual basis. I fully trust her will not take my dog anywhere else.

This is a great kennel, she is so attentive to our dog, I think our dog get more attention there than at home. Never have had a worry about our dog! We have been bring our dog there for 8 years now and never have had a problem. Her price is quite reasonable.

Jo-No-Re called me about three hours after dropping off our dog. I asked her what the problem was and she told me that my dog wouldn’t stop barking and that she didn’t want him there any longer and for me to pick him up. I drove the distance to her facility and picked up my dog. Upon my retrieving him, he was found in a cage and very thirsty. I was absolutely pissed at her for the way she treated my dog. I told her that he’s never had a problem before and that I was baffled as to why he would be thirsty; didn’t she give him water? Either way, she’s not someone I would ever (EVER) recommend!!! NEVER!
