Quick and friendly customer service but very expensive for what they are. Basic cable/internet service is running me 85 a month which doesn't seem bad but the internet service is very slow and offline much of the time. This is very frustrating to me since I work from home. You have to have your own cable modem also. Their website says they were founded in 82 and I don't think they've had an upgrade to cable service since. The channel guide is scrolling menu (like the 80s) and show titles are sometimes unavailable. I would not recommend Nova to anyone that has options.
