Provided by YP.comWhile our first experience with them last week was what I considered brash (only considering our budget needs by pushing alternative financing), we still decided to try and purchase a vehicle from them. After triple checking with the sales associate about the availability (who received the sales manager's go-ahead on a sale approval we received last week) and after waiting a half an hour at the store location, the manager came over and said they were choosing to sell the car to someone who had a higher offer! No care about customer service - all about the money! We have made three different trips (1 hour round-trip each time) to secure this vehicle, spoke on the phone to the associate countless times, brought in a pre-approval letter, and **they have the audacity to tell me the car is being sold to someone else as I had already began the purchasing process!** Our experience with Preferred Ford was the worst we've ever encountered, and even if the price might be right, the customer service is absolutely unacceptable! Take your money somewhere else.

This leaves us placing our trust in a car dealer. For a major purchase like a vehicle, we want someone who is honest, fair, knowledgeable, personable and committed to helping fulfill our needs. I am glad to say that my trust paid off. Mike Geesaman and his competent staff listened to my exact request, respected my budget, didn't pressure me with any extras or try to make me spend more, and made the entire process seamless and stress free. I have since recommended them to friends and family who are now loyal customers as well. Make Preferred Ford your first stop when looking for any car. They aim to please and you won't regret it!!

-We did ALL our HOMEWORK and investigated ALL of Ford's rebate offers (tip: Google Ford forums and you can learn a lot about current offers and anything about the car)
-We knew all about Ford's and our credit union's APR offers
-Ran our numbers of how much we wanted to spend and put down
-We knew the EXACT model/color we wanted
Last August 2011, we were looking for the Ford Edge 2011 SEL and went to 3 Ford dealers
Preferred FORD: 5 out of 5 stars!
-The sales person was attentive to us in taking the car out for a spin
-Not pushy at all
-Sales person was knowledgeable and answered all our questions
-They just didn't have the exact car we wanted & never pushed us
-I'd recommend them again to anyone looking for a Ford

Provided by YP.comI am writing to those in charge of the Preferred dealership to let you know how lucky you are to have the sales staff you have. I had the good fortune to meet and work with them last month when I purchased a new car through your dealership. I found them to be salespeople who really care about there customers. Not only were they friendly, honest and accommodating, but they worked every angle to give me the best possible price. They also went out of there way to provide service to my car by driving my car from Muskegon to Grand Haven when I encountered a few minor mechanical problems with my new car. They made themselves available in the future to continue to be available to drive my car for servicing in Grand Haven. I was impressed when I went into Preferred a few weeks after purchasing my new car that they remembered my name and the name of my daughter. Feeling the personal touch when buying a new car is very important. I think as stated before that they are a top notch sales team that provides that personal care that customers are looking for.

Provided by YP.comI have taken my Focus here in 2-3 times over the last few years (routine only) and have ALWAYS had a great experience. Everyone, from the service manager to the shuttle driver, has ALWAYS been great to me. No unwanted issues popping up later on and nothing but great customer service.

Provided by YP.comI have brought my vehicle to Preferred Ford's service center a few times and I can say that their service is top-notch. Employees are responsive and courteous. The quality of work is usually as good as getting it from the factory. And even if they do make a mistake, they correct it and go the extra mile just to keep your business. Their reception area and even their workshop is kept very clean. Work is generally done in a very timely manner and at a competitive price. It has everything from oil changes, to tires, to parts. I rarely go anywhere else simply because all of my needs are filled there. Good work, guys.

Provided by YP.comPreferred Ford is absolutely the best and that is why i always go there for purchases and service! Customer service is premiere! My only reason for stating my lower satisfaction with my Terrazza has nothing to do with the dealership at all... they are fantastic! My van gets poor gas mileage and has a chronic history of problems with the slider doors, back up sensors, a lot of electronics, and now the power side view mirrors. These are manufacturing problems that I am getting tired of. But I will not work with any other dealership than Preferred. From my salesperson to the folks in service, to the body shop, they are all great and provide premier customer service and support!!!!!

Not only are they incredibly knowledgable about Fords, but they are so much fun to work with. My husband & I were clueless when we started searching and ran into quite a few less than honest individuals.

Provided by YP.comJoe and the staff were amazing! They recently found me a great deal on a Focus and knows how much cars should be! I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone who needs a car quick.
