Seaver. The company offers custom batch finishing and individual processing of low-runs, oversized parts or specialty materials. It has several types of coatings, including air dry for wood and plastic, water base, bake enamels, epoxies, hybrids, polyester, and liquid and urethane paints. The company can finish aluminum, zinc die-cast, and all metals and plastics. The E-Coat Division process includes a monorail facility with a 10-stage zinc phosphate, chrome free pretreatment system on a controlled in-line cure oven. Seaver Finishing also offers cleaning and phosphating, logistics service, color matching, product testing, dual coat capability, and in-house tool engineering and fabrication.
