i lived in these apartments for 12 years. my garage flooded (routinely), keep a shovel handy for snow removal around your vehicle or you can't get in, be very, very careful where you park because they will TOW YOUR VEHICLE (at their discretion, of course). and don't expect to get your deposit back. If you love rules--and not knowing who works there and who doesn't--by all means move in here. It wouldn't be my recommendation.
