My wife and I went there for our anniversary. I had made reservations but still ended up waiting 30 minutes to be seated. So we decided to sit at the bar where we were ignored for the first 15 minutes then received our overpriced weak drinks. When we were finally seated it was another 10 minutes of nothing before our orders were taken. We both enjoy seafood and ordered lobster, shrimp, and scallops. The scallops were plated first and were good. The lobster and the shrimp were both overcooked and by the time they were plated were tough and dry. After finishing our meals it was yet again another 15 minutes of nothing until our bill arrived. I will never spend another dime there!

Love this place! Been there many times and the food is always excellent. Chefs are hilarious and are always cracking jokes. Drinks are perfect and the atmosphere is great. It's so nice to not have to drive to Lincoln or Omaha for great Hibachi!

My husband and I went there with our little boy and LOVED it!! The food was awesome and the entertainment was extraordinary! Our little boy was soooo amazed! Fun, fun, fun!!!!

My husband took me to Fuji for my birthday in August and we were very pleased with the food, the atmosphere, the service and the entertaining chefs!!! If you're going to be in Grand Island, this is a MUST visit!!My investment club had a meeting at Fuji in September and everything went off without a hitch. Private room, hibachi grill and great service.

Loved it!! Atmosphere is great, you feel like you are in a "big city," rather than Grand Island, NE. Lunchtime menu is about half price, so if you are curious about eating there, that is the time to go!! Hibachi style is pure entertainment! Beautiful interior......definitely will go back soon!!

Friends asked us to join them and we had a great time. The steak was amazing and the shrimp and scallops were also very good. We will definitely return.
