We were unhappy with items ordered for a wedding! I would not use this company! We ordered flowers for my daughters wedding from this company. They were pathetic! We might as well have picked them up from Walmart and been happy. They were an hour and half late setting up rental items. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against them and they repeatedly lied about many things. Said we didn't put down a deposit-we did, said we returned linens damaged-I personallly folded each and saw no damage-according to them 2 were beyond repair-this wasn't brought to our attention until we filed a complaint. He spoke rudely to me at my job. I have it on camera!!! Said the flowers were perfect and he had been there when my florist picked them up. That was not true. Many lies!! I will spread the word long and far. Beware-we were unhappy!!!
To say this lady is crazy would be a major understatement. We have details and pictures of ALL aspects of this wedding including the flowers/bridal bouquet, rental decorations, as well as the damaged linen. Rental items were set up a day & a half prior to wedding - for a one day rental price! We assist in hundreds of weddings each year, as well as corporate event customers such as: Ameristar Casino, ask.com, NBC show "the office", The Food Network, The Venetian Resort/Hotel/Casino, etc. We are very offended by this review, and will gladly send pictures & more details about this event to anyone that so requests. This lady clearly has other issues.
