I've NEVER been as satisfied since I found Danas Styling Pets. Very professional and I can tell Luca( my yorkie) loves to go every time. I recommend Danas to anyone looking for top quality .

6 years ago, I began my search for a groomer for my dog Sasha and happened to come across Dana's Styling Pets. Throughout the first 5 years of taking Sasha to get groomed and cleaned, I couldn't have been more pleased with the care my dog received. Unfortunately though, there has been a sudden change in how Dana operates and treats her customers.



One of the simple requests my family makes to Dana in regards to to taking care of Sasha is to use the special shampoo that we bring with us every single time we take her in. This past time, Dana did not use the shampoo, instead using a different shampoo that Sasha was having an allergic reaction to. When Sasha came home, she was itching, and scratching herself. We went to give her a bath when we realized she had not used the shampoo that we brought to her.



In order to figure it out, we called Dana asking if she had used the shampoo we always bring. Instead of a calm conversation, Dana reverted to screaming and yelling at my husband for no explainable reason and informed us that we needed to find ourselves a new groomer before she hung up. This was the last time I ever take Sasha to Dana's; it is not worth the suffering for Sasha, and not worth the attitude given to us. We will no longer be recommending her to anyone.

they have the best service around. a few times i had no one to watch my 3 kids and she came over and babysat them while i had the dog cut and finish some shopping. cant ask fo any better service than that.

I use to think Dana was a great person, until the day I didn't agree with her..She screamed at me in front of all her help and other patrons in her salon..Then she went in the back and grabbed my little maltese puppy 4lbs, who was still wet and said Leave, I want you to Leave..I got so upset cause my little puppy was wet and shaking, so I begged her to dry her...She did dry her but was just so nasty...You know we all have bad days..But I suspect this was not the first of many bad days for Dana. She treated with me and my puppy with no respect and I have never witnessed just unprofesssional conduct by another in my whole life..I would not recommend Dana until she went for "anger management" and professional advice, on How to treat your customers..
