I wished I had seen these reviews before I hired this guy. I would never recommend him to anyone, very unprofessional. I had him put a bathroom fan in, left a hole in the ceiling, said he would repair when they came back to put the bathroom window I ordered. 2 months later, still no window installed and hole still in ceiling. They also did my roof, which was done nicely, but the workers used foul language all day, dropping f-bombs, etc. Had no regard for my landscaping or area around my house, broke lights, garden statues, ripped out plants. I am so missing a 100-foot electrical cord from my garage. He also entered my home when I was not home with the window when he finally got it - 2 months after the fact. Doesn't understand that entering a home is trespassing. Can't understand why I was upset. Bad mouth my daughters, saying they are disrespectful. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!



I WOULD NOT GIVE ANY STARS IF THIS SYSTEM WOULD LET. BUT HAD TO GIVE AT LEAST ONE.

Avoid WNY Home Pros at all costs! Totally DISHONEST PUSHY IGNORANT and shabby work. Took zero pride in work and made it no secret that they were in a huge hurry to finish taking shortcuts the entire time on my property. Not going to get into details, but dont make the same mistake I did and hire the lowest bid and research later. You get what you pay for, this company has unskilled workers that took zero pride in work. AVOID!!!!!

I hired this company for a small roof repair and interior wall/ceiling repair of water damage. Less than 6 months later, the paint on the walls began peeling and chipping, a wall hidden by a dresser actually lost plaster and the ceiling was found to be bubbling at the joint of repair.

I contacted Mr Ron Steffans DBA WNY HOME PROS and he totally blew me off. I filed a complaint with the BBB and Ron Steffans finally came to my home to survey the damage. He then sent the painters back who also surveyed the damage. They said they would set up a time to make the necessary repairs. I never heard from them again. After 6 weeks, I contacted WNY HOME PROS (Ron Steffans) and was told if I wanted the walls and ceiling to be repaired again he'd do it, but I would have to pay him again.These repairs cost me $1200.00 originally and now I have to follow up with the BBB again and sue Mr Steffans DBA WNY HOME PROS in court.

I have never worked with a more UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL, and UNSCRUPULOUS company as long as I've been a homeowner.



DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!
