I wouldn't even give this company 1 star!!! They are terrible to deal with and unwilling to work with any situation. I was getting married, picked a dress, made a deposit for them to order it. Long story short I am no longer getting married and it was a huge mess. I called to see if I could cancel the order and knowingly lose out on my deposit.. They were not at all understanding or helpful! The sales lady insisted I signed a contract to my knowledge I signed a receipt and a form that my understanding was the order form. I got an uncountable amount of phone calls that were threatening and herassing!! The stress this place puts on you if you have an unplanned event is immeasurable! Now they are pulling money out of my account putting me in overdraft without my knowledge of them taking money or that they could just charge you without your consent or signature!!! This place is a scam, and the manager and sales associate I have been dealing with are con artists who will drain you of every penny you have and not blink an eye!!!!
