I QUESTION THE FACT THAT THE CLIENTS HERE ARE ALLOWED TO COMPLETE MORE HOURS PER WEEK THAN THE STATE ALLOWS. OTHER COUNSELORS HERE ARE NOT VERY QUALIFIED AND DO SUBSTANDARD WORK.
