Provided by YP.comThe visit to the store was great. It was while the building is old it was open. bright and clean and organized. The salesman, Manager Joseph Sweeny was pleasant and appeared to know the business and inventory and NOT pushy to make a sale but showed us what they had and then left to let my wife and me to make our own decision. The only markdown was on the installation which wad delayed to the next morning from which it was scheduled although when they did bring it, they also were pleasant and efficient.

Provided by YP.comBy far the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. These people sold me a washer dryer set that they claimed came with a free 10 year warranty. It didn't, which we found out when the washer broke down after less than 2 years. The company then proceeded to waste 6 months of my life "fixing" it after taking 2 months to grudgingly give me the warranty I was promised. Anytime I had to call them, I was greeted with excuses, incompetence, or downright hostility. Once it was "fixed" the washer then broke again after 3 loads. I am done with this company and I highly suggest anyone who is considering buying anything from them run away screaming. By far the worst merchandise and customer service I have ever received from any company, ever.

Provided by YP.comDO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Save yourself! Dishonest scammers who sell defective junk and do not stand behind their merchandise. Sold me a broken dryer after rescheduling delivery TWICE and basically told me it's my problem--call GE. It NEVER WORKED and they KNEW IT!!! OH I wish I would have tested it at the store!! Go to a reputable place, spend a bit more and get someone who stands behind their merchandise.

Just purchased a new out the box pieces and two of them did not work at all. Can someone tell me how this is possible, how can a company with so many horrible personal reviews still be in business? I have never in my life been so confused, demeaned and out right lied to as I was and continue to be at this appliance outlet. We were told three times as items were on the truck but never were, then we were told the truck didn't come and we sat in the parking lot next door watching them unload the truck early in the day. Hey I get it mistakes happen, but between all the other commitments that failed to manifest then to finally get our items home and have them not work, it is very disheartening. We purposely ignored others warnings about the type of operation this place was/is but we like to support our local businesses and we so tried. This was a mistake, we never should of gone into that store. Even the manager guy told us that sometimes "unknowingly they sell broken equipment and that the owner of the company knows but really doesn't care. He said the policy is to continue to change out our Samsung units until we get a working pair or eventually they would just give us a new one. This is a huge red flag, please do whatever you can to avoid being cheated like we were. If you decide you must go there please reconsider, it is places like this that really rob a person of the joy and excitement of a major purchase or home improvement. Thanks JHoward

Provided by YP.comDon't buy from Appliance Factory Outlet - it's not worth the savings because they lie and do not honor their word. We recently bought 3 washer/dryer units and paid for 2 separate deliveries. Both times the deliveries were suppose to be in the A.M. and didn't arrive until after 5pm in the evening - on the second delivery we were suppose to be first and after waiting 2 hours, we called and weren't even on the delivery schedule. The worst part is when the driver/installer came and installed the washer/dryer he forgot to hook up the washing machine hose so after the driver/installer left we ran it and since the hose wasn't connected, it drained/flooded our brand new carpet and wood floors. We called the store and they told us they were getting ready to close and to call back on Monday and talk to the manager - they didn't even care! We then called the toll-free president's hotline and never received a call. On Monday, the Manager said he would make it right and my husband said he might want to exchange one of the units since it was a tight fit and the manager said just let him know but when my husband called the manager to arrange a trade and/or return he told my husband that the driver said he did hook up the drain and the manager basically called my husband a liar. We called the president's hotline again but have yet to receive a call back. I also just saw online where 11news just did an undercover story on the fact that the stores are actually selling used appliances rather than merely dented and scratched appliances - after the service we just received, I really believe ithis story is true and wish we would have done our research better up front. Buyer beware, you will be sorry.

Provided by YP.comI purchased a dishwasher (out of the box) and install kit on May 6, 2011. I saw the SALES MANAGER drop the dishwasher off the dolly inside the store. The salesmen stopped laughing when they saw me. He didn't have another dishwasher and assured me it was fine, while he was rubbing a damaged area. He gave me a 5 yr warranty ($49 value) to cover his dropping it. I took it 60 miles to Montrose to one of my rentals. My maintenance/installer would not even take it out of my SUV. He said it was damaged, scraped up, a wire was pulled out not connected to anything, the power cord wires we frayed and dirty, the fill coupler (not a part of a new unit) was old and tarnished, and the front skirt was missing. The installer said he would not install it charging an hour of work on something that was defective. We bought another dishwasher at Home Depot for only $40 more. He showed me the too units together and it was obvious the Appliance Outlet unit was damaged and used. I took it 120 miles (round trip) back to Appliance Outlet the same day. The SALES MANAGER argued with me. Said there tech test all their units and that is why it looks used. The wanted to know if my installer was a certified installer. I told him it never was removed from the SUV. He said "You didn't even install it to see if it would work" & then said they have a "NO RETURN POLICY". He then gave me 100% refund on the install kit. I told him I would take the dishwasher out of my SUV, leave it out front and dispute it with the CC. He said he would return it and charge me a 25% restocking fee. I called the maintenance man who said that was "bull", to take the difference and dispute the $44.99. I am mad, took pictures of all the damage and will dispute with the CC. Meantime I called the president hotline and I am posting this everywhere.
