I used Dr Bruce Bishop for a Parental Responsibilities Evaluation. He was over three months late in completing the report. The report was shoddy, it didn't even get the parent's names right in places. I was clearly copied from other reports he completed. His views seemed to be biased. He felt that because I wanted 5050 custody of my children that I "saw them as possessions". He spent no time fact checking and put off writing the report to work on his crazy workload (which he mentioned in nearly every email). This man is immoral, I would suggest no one use any of his services. I would even go as far as to recommend not using ABC counseling if Bruce Bishop is representative of the character of the employees there.
