The best Asian fusion restaurant I've been to. Their signature dishes are amazing! The ingrideints are so noticeably fresh and the food is almost all handmade. Give it a try you will not be disappointed!

This is the best Asian restaurant in town. Before this, my family would travel to Ridgeway and the Sun Palace to sate our need for quality food. The food ingredients are fresh and prepared with perfection. Bravo, EC's!

I agree with every one, it is the best and the owners are great people. This is one place you will live to eat. not eat to live. Life comes from the fresh food that is prepared when you order not before.

This is the best Chinese restaurant in Grand Junction, hands down. Fortunately for Grand Junction, the chef, Evie Cruz (E.C.), relocated here from Southern California, a real home of quality cuisine. EC insists on using only the freshest, quality ingredients, with an eye towards healthy cuisine. He also adds some twists to his dishes that make the food at this place much more interesting than the other Chinese places in town. The Chicken with Eggplant was very generous with the eggplant and had a wonderful, tasty sauce. The Won Ton Soup has real, home-made wontons in it, plush shrimp, snow peas and other goodies. The shrimp and cream cheese "cigars" (appetizers) were surprisingly delicious, and are served with a mango-mustard sauce. You've got to try this place. It will spoil you.

Love eating at the Asian Station. Traveled to Grand Junction for business, found the restaurant and returned multiple times. The owner is an excellent Chef. Returning to Grand Junction in March and plan on eating there while in town.

WOW! This is a hidden treasure. The lunch special includes an amazing salad that you would expect from a 4 star restaurant! Ingredients are fresh and they make nearly everything from scratch!! Loved it!
