Purchase went well actually purchased 2 vehicles from them very happy with that part. Service department people that check you in are nice but the lady that drives the shuttle van is WOW not safe! texting and driving telling us all her personal problems, made us wait for about 45 minutes, yelled at my daughter, to boot she was rude to other people on the speaker phone with us in the van. I was supposed to be called before some of the work was to be done but they never called they just did the work. Pregnant lady at the desk at the check out informed me that they did not have my truck? I said, they just called me to let me know it was done and she said, well I don't have any paperwork. OK..........hmmmmmmm I saw my truck in the parking lot, luckily someone else stepped in and helped me out giving me a small discount I assume trying to cover for the lady being rude to me. All in all a pretty crummy experience.

I purchased a used ford truck from them. I found out a few months later it was a lemon buyback. they did not disclose this information to me. When I contacted them about the situation the said the don't have to disclose this info. They did not want to take the truck back, just wanted to give me trade in value for the truck,$5000 less than what I paid for it four month earlier. Do not trust this dealership

I brought my Dodge to get a few minor repairs done on it. After waiting 2 weeks before they could schedule me in, I brought my truck in and waited another week. When the guy finally called he said it needed a new motor and my warranty was voided because I've put aftermarket parts on it. Needless to say, none of the aftermarket parts involved the engine. Well $12,000 is what the guy quoted me to pull the engine that had less than 40,000 miles on it and pu in a new engine. Well I told him don't touch a thing on it because I'm coming down to get my truck. Turns out they did no diagnostics on my truck but the guy could "smell" that it needed a new motor. I raised enough hell that the manager came out and I told him that I'm not paying for "smelling" diagnostics. I ended up paying nothing and I drove my truck home and it turns out that it didn't need a new motor. Afterwards I called Dodge to complain about their Grand Junction branch and they said they are "individually owned and there is nothing they can do." Long story short, avoid this place and drive to Christopher Dodge in Denver if you need any service work done.

Bought a Outback paid 18.000 and they have checked and keep oil changed until I relized they dont check the battery or cables and it doesnt take a outback tech. to figure out the battery was leaking and the cables were ate through sad wont be buying or taken my vehicle to theses NOT VERY NICE PEOPLE again and AlanMcnulty mang. was not very nice when I talked to him on 3/9/2012 ! Dont buy a vehicle from them they say they check it out lmao they did not!!!!!!!!

I took my Jeep Commander in to have the A/C looked at. I was told they estimated about $93.00 to repair it and would call if it was more. They did call and now the cost was about $900.00! I couldn't afford to do that, so I said no. When I went to pick up my vehicle I was told there was a diagnostics charge. It was $93.00! I couldn't believe it. They said the service man should have told me about the dianostics charge. I said they didn't and talked to a manager. He was extremely rude and said he "knew without a doubt" that the man had told me. He wasn't even there. He was very rude to me and certainly not concerned about a customer who was upset. I think it's convenience that the "diagnostics fee" is the same price as the "estimate" they gave me. I bet a lot of people have been ripped off like that. DON'T EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO GRAND JUNCTION CHRYSLER, JEEP, DODGE!
