I came here to get the flowers for my son's memorial service. They asked questions about my son and made something very beautiful for the service that reflected what I wanted to say. Then they went above and beyond! They broke it down for me and created lovely arrangements from the flowers and delivered to me at no extra charge.

Do NOT use this florist!! I live in Ohio and I ordered flowers for my mom's 73rd birthday. I received a confirmation email on the 11th and delivery was scheduled for the 15th. I called the florist the day after to see if they were delivered and all she said was "Nope, do you want a refund?". No explanation, no apology, no attempt to figure out what happened. I never received any notice from anyone that the flowers were not going to be delivered and KAREN KILGORE, the owner, NEVER told me they did not do deliveries on Sundays! My mom did not get her birthday flowers and had I known I would have made other arrangements! She was so INSENSITIVE when I called! No sense of responsibility at all! I would not recommend her to anyone for anything!!
