My opinion is that this office is VERY unprofessional, and unwilling to admit to mistakes, such as dropping tools in your mouth- causing the suggestion for stitches to come out of what should have been a few fillings.....My insurance also paid out on a procedure that never took place back in April of 2008.. instead of sending the correct information, and clearing this up, they deleted the charge with the office... well, if I need to have the tooth repaired, according to my insurance records, that tooth has been removed, and they will not pay a dime more on it! Other than that, if you are not paying attention to anything, they come off as nice enough.### To improve the situation, I would have hoped they would make the right changes where they matter most- starting with a receptionist that can manage things properly. next, I would suggest that the Dr. himself consider owning up to his own mistakes - as we are all going to make them from time to time...
