Apparently, they don't return calls unless they are available. I contacted them about doiing a Skype conference call - something they advertise. Left message. Never received return call. When I called back they revealed they really don't provide this service unless it's in conjuction with another service they provide. That's fine. Apparently, couldn't be troubled to call back with that information. I would never think to contact them about anything again. Least friendly person on phone in a long time. Instead of being helpful it seemed that I had annoyed her by calling and asking if she provided this service she advertised. First person I talked to in Grand Junction who wasn't helpful even when they couldn't provide service.
