Their local customer service is okay, finding them is hard,I got their contact number this site will not let me post it here You can ask for it through the main customer service line though. I've had issues with drivers delivering to the wrong house a few times this year.

Delivered package to the wrong address, 2 blocks away, yesterday. Today, says "delivered", but it was not. Trying to get resolution from an overseas "helper' . No word and my package is lost. UPS stinks! Don't have an acct so did this anonymously.

Only open from 1-5pm and closed on weekends.

horrible customer service!!! also No notification when a package is at there building.

I will do everything not to use ups agian and tell everyone the same

This place is so hard to find and I don't understand why there isn't a sign outside or local phone number to call.

What are you doing using call centers overseas?? I will request not to use you in the future. If you want my US dollars then you need to put call centers in US. Jody Maloley
