You First Counseling's full intention is to invoke positive change in the world by honoring our past for who it has made us today instead of hiding it in shame. Whether or not one chooses to talk about these past experiences, our programs help our client’s consciously work with their subconscious to heal and erase the seeds of anger, resentment, pain, grief, addiction, abuse, shame, guilt, and more. As this occurs, new neuropathways and neurological connections are formed which reprogram their brain to allow them to fully heal and forgive while providing them with more happiness, inner peace, self-understanding, self-love, and self-acceptance than they likely ever thought possible. ​ We have been in business since 1987 and are a division of Written Escape Clinics International which offers many services for teens, adults, and families.
