We just moved here a week in a half ago, we signed up to have Granger be our weekly trash pick up. They have you prepay a month in advance and we were told Monday would of been our first pick up. We were told to just haul our bags to the road (and we have a very long driveway and lots of trash from the move and from what was left in the house). Monday came and went and no trash pick up. Supposedly, the truck broke down. We were somehow missed by the other truck where he picked up??? That is what I was told on Tuesday when I called. I was told to put out the previous Mondays trash with the nest Mondays trash and I confirmed that I would be getting our new trash can on Wednesday 6/5/13. Wednesday came and went and no trash container came??? Is this the kind of service we can expect from Granger? Maybe we should cancel before we start? Very disappointed and unhappy. You sure had no problem asking for payment for service you are not performing.
