It was a really odd experience with Hosco. I called Jeff to set up an appointment to do a high-pressure water drain cleaning at my parents house. We specifically talked about how my father was only willing to do a jet stream cleaning hence why I had called Hosco in the first place since I was referred to them. Well when Jeff showed up, he told my parents that it was a service that he doesn't do and that he and I never discussed it. I don't know what Jeff's problem was that day but I'm still confused to as why he would tell me one thing on the phone and the complete opposite to my parents. I called his cell phone and of course it went to voicemail. Not surprisingly, he hasn't returned my call either. Jeff give me a call if you ever read this. I'm still wondering why you did what you did. Enlighten me please.
