My dog had a uti and I messaged them the eve before for appt. Regular appts were til 1pm. After that urgent care kicks in. Return message was no regular appts were available but we could work something out. My son didn't get message(was on my phone and we weren't available) so he brought her in about 11am. They did a UA right away so I assumed they squeezed.her in for reg appt. When I went to pick her up they charged me urgent care prices. I pointed out the UA was taken during reg hours but they told me they did not examine her til urgent care hour's Their urgent care walk in fee was double of emergency vets in Duluth. The vet was very good. No complaints there but the $650+ Bill was ridiculous and I will never return or recommend this business because I feel they were not honest with me and took advantage of the time line and were very misleading.
