I have had a terrible experience with 50-floor. I would have to write a book to list all of the experiences I had with Terry the general manager and Justin who was the installation manager, They would not honor the warranty, If you will look on get.smarter.com you will see all of the reviews and complaints. Everyone of the complaints I have had them. I am a senior citizen and was taken advantage by these 2 men in regards to this warranty. I won a judgement against them but they are fighting this all of the way. the judge awarded me the judgement yet they are questioning his ability to make judgement. I had a WONDERFUL experience with 50 floors! They did all the carpet in our 4 bedrooms & our stairs...and six months later, we didn't feel the master bedroom carpet was wearing like it should be...so they came out today and replaced it with better carpet...completely FREE! I am super impressed with the superior customer service of Ron Squiers, the General Manager of 50 floors and I'm grateful they care enough about their customers to take good care of them when there is a problem. Esteban & his crew did a fabulous job installing today and they were fast, courteous and professional. I will use 50 floors for ALL my future flooring needs and I hope you do too!

Had a man out that gave me a quote.....an outratous quote that was 3 times the quote from Home Depot. When I told him the TV advertised 60% off...which would make it still high, but more reasonable. He would not respond anymore. Oh, the salesmans name was Ron Armant.

I believe this company is a total scam company. I can't believe the local news people are on their ad promoting them !

This company doesn't even deserve one star! Worst than Empire. Do yourself a favor and go with Lowe's or Home Depot. The Manager(Mario) there is liar and misrepresented the company.
