Amax in Grand Prairie off of Pioneer Pkwy , Has the worst customer service I've ever experienced! Claudia and Erica have told me personally on the phone multiple times "We can not help you right now ,where busy can we just call you back" As for this response they never bothered to call me back or even apologized. I have been with the company for 2years keep in mind I'm never late on payments or have any problems with vehicle issue or non payments. They also had not kept up with any of my paper work or had me sign any paper work when I switched my cars. They would simple just take my payment. There always seems to be multiple miscommunication between all the fellow employees as well. I would no longer renewal with them ! They have been the WORST insurance company I've ever had. Very unorganized /Lack of Customer Service I would not recommend anyone to this company.
