Took my Ryobi lawn mower in to repair mulching/bagging lever. After a quick look, they determined they could probably fix it right away by clearing out the grass clippings blocking the door from sliding. They took it in back and spent 10 minutes clearing the grass and making the lever operational again. They didn't charge me a thing and even carried the lawn mower to and from my car. Great company service.

Altaquip is the worst business I have ever dealt with! They have had my ride on mower for over 4 months and cannot fix it right. It has been in their shop 3 times. They do not return phone calls, pick up or drop off the mower when promised. Their corporate office has lied to me as well. They are the company Lowes uses to fix outdoor power under warranty. Lowes BLOWS is my new mantra. Their have let Altaquip ruin their customer service reputation. This business should be shut down and Lowes should drop them.
