Parking is terrible, they force you to get a garage or car port. Dog poop everywhere. At night, I hear this weird dripping noise coming from my bedroom wall. I'm not sure if it's someone from another apartment taking a shower, or just bad plumbing. I understand this is a brand new complex, however, it doesnt give them an excuse to not clean up the complex. There is dust, paint splatters, mud, cement splatters, sawdust EVERYWHERE! Throughout the stairs, hallways, walk ways. It just looks awful and really makes the apartments look tacky, cheap, and messy. My front door has dust on it all around the entry and it says, "si" written in permanent marker on my front door that I can't get off. I noticed all the front doors has that word, not just mine. I hope they are having someone clean up because it looks distasteful. Office staff is terrible, besides Karen. I don't recommend this apartment and I won't be releasing here.
