If I could rate below a one star, I would. I called to ask about a tortilla press and I had the Pleasure of talking to someone named Nick. (Doubt that is his name). I ask if they have a tortilla press and he said he has no idea what I am talking about. I tried to explain what a tortilla press was, but he said he didn't know what that was. I asked if they were a Mexican Grocery store? He said YES! What Mexican Grocery store employee doesn't know what a tortilla press is! I ask to speak to someone else and he said they would not know what I am talking about. So I ask to speak to a manager and he said there is not one in the store. I ask to speak to anyone else who might understand me, he said he is the only one in the store! Really?! If this is the type of employee they have answering the phone, I don't need to shop there!
