First, the bathroom toilets; the insides of the bowls were clean. However, she did not bother cleaning the seat, lid, or behind the lid. Second, she said that she did some things that were never done. The only thing in the kitchen that was touched was the floor with a very dirty mop, leaving the countertops, sinks, etc. I'm having to go back through the house and re-clean. Also, there was dirt in the bath tub, dead bugs on the floor, and the shower was never touched! I feel like I was completely cheated out of my money. Do not hire anyone without some serious references! I've learned my lesson. The way she answered the phone should have been a clue that her buisness ethic was going to be very unprofessional. If someone is going to clean your house, make sure they will clean it like they are going to live there, not just for money.
