I live 40 miles away from this City Garage. I started with this City Garage when I lived a mile away. I love this place!

First off, I work for yellow pages and all of these 5 star, fake reviews by employees is ridiculous!! THEY ARE ALL FAKE.. I took my car there after being inspected by a meineke mechanic of 16 years after being told all i needed was a new radiator hose.. Well because I'm a woman they charged me 508.11 FOR A HOSE that I later found out is 13.00 and about 40 to install.. That was the only problem with my car. I went to pick it up and it was so much smoke I couldnt see behind me and the car was shaking violently and it sounded sooo bad.. I turned back around to tell the manager. He insist ALL these major issues "must have happened the moment you pulled in" WHAT?!?!?!? Basically I paid them 500 to do so much more damage to my car. That 500 was my last. now I'm without a vehicle because I trusted these lying, worthless men to fix my car... Also, mark quoted me 2100 for the "new" repairs I took it to another near by local shop and they quoted me 900 for the same exact repairs.. save yourself the money and headache. DONT GO HERE

Customer service ok, they are friendly and though. Prices are ridiculously high, both parts and labor! I know I got ripped off after checking out the maximum price on parts and labor for a brake booster replacement. Even with my AAA discount, I over paid. The only reason I had them fix it is because I paid $100 diagnostic and didn't want to let $100 go down the drain! Even with Marcus saying the $100 goes towards the service and getting free windshield wipers because Jimmy failed to tell me I needed them, I still over paid! They gouge the prices at least for me probably because I'm a single woman? They do good work but I can't afford the champagne and cavier at this five star auto store, I'm a beer and peanuts kind of lady, so after all is said and done, I hope I don't have to go back because the $ 1103.00, and $105 labor an hour( almost $1500 total bill) is warranted for two years, and I plan on finding a more reasonable honest mechanic else where, and I was a customer for almost 15 years!
