When I went there last Friday night at 730 they are closing at eight and they still invited me in with open arms even though I told them I was picky and I would take a long time and I will come back tomorrow if they wanted me to. Still they kindly insisted that I come in and they replaced 3 nails did a fill on a 5 1/2 old nail job and a full pedicure with french tips. One of the women work there over 20 years the other one has worked there over 10 years and they were good friends and they took their time and they were friendly they were Personable they were respectful and insisted on doing a good job because they wanted me to come back again they said. They had heard me mention a couple of very bad Experiences that I have had at other nail salons in the area and wanted to make me a customer for life and they sure did their job to the best of their ability I believe. I was there until 930 that night. I will be back !! and i will stay there with them! See you soon lady thank you again for your wonderful service ! It's hard to find EXSPECIALY a half hour before closing time!!!

I used to go to this salon faithfully. Then i noticed that their service was steadily declinning. I went in for an eyebrow wax and the lady did it so fast that she left a bunch of little hairs behind. I asked her to clean it up with tweezers and she did a little bit but kept giving me the mirror (basically rushing me along so she could get to the next person). Each time, there were still hairs. She finally just said, they were too small to get but these were thick, very visible strands, I asked for the tweezers to grab one and show her that if she tried, she would be able to get them. After I showed her one, she said "Okay, you do it then" and walked out. Now, why would I pay you so that I could do my own eyebrows? Unfortunately, I had already paid or I would have just walked out. That was my last time there and I vowed I would never go back and give my money to a business that valued me as a customer so little. I had probably spent thousands of dollars with this nail shop but I'll take my money to someone who knows how to treat their customers.

I have been to this place 3 times and always got the deluxe pedi. The first girl I got did a good job, however the lady I got the other 2 times did not. She did not massage my legs like the other girl and did not get the dried, dead skin off my heals. She abbreviated some of the steps included in a delux pedi so I did not get what I paid for. She is the older, chunkier woman who seems to be in some supervisory position and takes the money. I am a generous tipper and I really think she grabs me when I go in for this reason, her work is not worthy of my generosity. I will be looking for a new place because of her lazy indifference to her customers.

I went to this place with a friend after our friend bought us gift certificates for a manicure and pedicure. I got a regular pedicure while she got a deluxe pedicure and they did a fine job with those. However, we both asked for gel nails after having them reccommended to us by friends. They are suppose to last at least two weeks, but a few hours after having them done mine were already cracking and chipping. My friend's were also cracking and both were completely ruined with 24 hours. I called to ask them for a refund because I didn't trust them or the products they used. All they would offer was to have them done again, I explained to the manager that I couldn't trust them and I couldn't keep coming back time after time to keep fixing them. He kept saying it was our fault that our nails were too thin and that we didn't let them dry. Horrible manager that wouldn't listen and blamed us for his bad nail techs and products. Do NOT go to this place you'll just end up losing time and $$$.
