I'd rather walk over hot coals that visit this CVS again!!! It's pharmacy has the worst customer service. Chimps could do better than these people!!!



Be prepared to wait, and bring reading material because you will be in line a while. I was in line and there were 14 people behind me. I waited 50 minutes! Only one person helping customers in the store, while the other 4 were avoiding all eye contact with everyone. I would NEVER go back.



I have had the misfortune of being their customer for over 4 years. I can't believe I waited this long to change. They are slow to fill orders. They don't contact you when your perscription is ready, and if you are contacted, often it might not be there when you get to the store. It might take days for them to get your medicine in when it needs to be reordered. You might have to call your doctor if you need a refill, because they won't, ever. In short, stay away!!!! Take the extra few minutes to drive to Walgreens. I know I will from now on and so will the 15 others who were in line with me.
