We needed a plumber on a Sunday and called. He assured us that he could be here in about 2 hours--this was at 11:15am. We waited until 3pm and called him when he didn't show up. He said he would be here in 30 minutes. An hour later, when he arrived, he didn't have the tools to do what needed to be done (a simple snake job--which we had told him in the original call at 11:15). He told us it would be another hour or so while he went to Home Depot to rent the equipment. Well, after 6pm, he calls and tells us that he won't make it out today, after all. BIG WASTE OF TIME!!! We have been here waiting for him since 1:15. We could have called another plumber had we known that his "I'll be there in two hours" was really "I'll be there tomorrow".

I had a leak in my wall around 9:30 p.m. In a frantic, got online and searched for a plumber on here., and found Drain-Pro. I called and Matt arrived at 10:15 p.m, quickly shut off the water, and checked out the problem. He diagnosed and found it was my shower valve, cut and capped the lines until the morning, and didn't even charge anything for coming out!! He returned in the morning with a shower valve, explained the pricing and what he was going to do in detail and installed it promptly. He came out on a Saturday night, and worked Sunday morning, and didn't even charge a weekend/late night fee. The prices were amazing, his service was professional, he cleaned up everything, and checked out all of the other plumbing fixtures to make sure everything was draining, and working properly all for free. I will continue to use him, and recommend him to all my friends and family. If you want a TRUE, HONEST plumber, give Matt a call. He will do you right.
