I've bought alot of flooring from this place over the years... Today I went in to buy three rooms worth of carpet and hardwood for the master bedroom... Most the hardwood and tile in this house came from Ged's. The mask Nazi at the door was such an ass right off the bat I left. The science behind harm vs. good of wearing a mask is far from settled science. I've done my own research (with three graduate degrees so I know how to research.) If the store owners want to turn away customers at the door because of questionable data that entirely up to them, but their customers deserve to be treated with respect regardless. Because of this JACKASS I'll not only buy my flooring where I am not required to wear a mask (there are plenty) but I will never go back to Ged's again for any future flooring needs...

We looked at several places and Ged's was was the most professional. Marty, our service professional, listened to our needs and what our flooring project covered. We took home samples to assure the correct colors! The installation team came with the same professional service. The job was completed on time and the rooms were left "turn key" ready. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR NEW FLOORS FROM GED's!

Poor installation lots of damage. Owner refuses to take any responsibility for poor workman ship and wants the customer to due repairs on flooring after they try and patch the work. Buyer beware. Check the good contractors list.

These guys Will Intentionally over sale you products , and then refuse to give you a refund. This has happen to several people that I know . I will no longer do business with this store.

Not happy! Bought vinyl flooring, carpet, underlayment for laminate and 1/2" padding for the the carpet. I spent over $2K there for this project. The pad for the carpet was not used, not opened and is still as they sold it to me. I called them today to ask about returning the carpet pad and to also ask about purchasing more underlayment. I was told they normally don't take padding back but they would this time and charge me a 25% restocking fee!!!!! So basically they want me to pack this in my vehicle, drive there and just be all happy and feel special about losing between $50-$60 including the tax. Now, as stated this pad is still as it was sold to me, in its original packaging from them so all they are going to do is resell it and not at a discount to the next victim. I wanted to use the return amount to purchase more underlayment from them! This company will NEVER EVER EVER EVER get my business again. (Taylor Swift voice)
