The C U Next Tuesday of a Doctor this old hag was VERY RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I went in there trying to ask for ONE thing and she was ON A WHOLE OTHER LEVEL!! I understood WHAT she was trying to say but it's HOW she said it. I'm educated just alike, I'm married to a very respected and very honorable man, I'm a mother. I've never been in trouble....so there was NO REASON to be treated the way I was. She was very nasty and very condescending!!! Never, have I been made cry by a total stranger before her. I will never!!!! Go back there!!!!!

I really like here. The only thing is that its really far for me to drive but otherewise great clinic, really care for the patients needs.

posted for my daughter - I went to this place to have myself & my 7 year old checked out for the flu & strep. Was told by the lady at front desk that I will have to pay my Co-pay of $20 for each of us & then $30 each person for a flu test & $30 each person for a strep test...WHAT! I have excellent insurance and have never heard of this. Then the lady tells me that they will have to send the test off to Quest Labs to get the results...WHAT! Never heard of this in all my life. And the results would not be back until next week. WHAT! Ok I am so frustrated I am calling my rep at BCBS which she tells me that this is absolutely absurd. So after waiting an hour for an appointment and After having this conversation then the lady at the front desk decides to tell me that she was wrong and that it is only a $20 copay for each and that's all plus the tests results would be given right after taken. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE. I FEEL HORRIBLE & SO DOES MY SON AND TO HAVE TO GO THROUGH ALL OF THIS...NOT NO MORE.
