My car was total but I wanted to retain it. They towed my car to the Insurance Auto Auctions on Friday. I came and picked it up on Monday. They took all the parts that the Lexus Collision Repair put inside the car. I called them and complained. They said the car did not come with those parts. I was there the day they towed the car, I saw all the parts were still inside the car. Worst experience ever. Lesson learned. If your car is total and you want to retain your car. DO NOT LET THE INSURANCE AUTO AUCTIONS TOW YOUR CAR TO THEIR YARD. Things will be missing and appear on another car in the lot.
